Use of the creator — Rumpel

Independent tool

Rumpel is an independent meme creation interface. It is not affiliated with the original meme creators, film studios, Riff Raff or the AI model providers. Reference clips and music do not become commercially licensed merely because you can download an output.

What each mode does

The caption template adds your text to the supplied reference clip locally. Its supported export is WebM; the original MP4 download contains no added captions. Browser support and export performance vary.

The photo workflow uses a portrait to generate a new spectator in a 15-second barn scene. It is not frame-by-frame face replacement. Likeness, dance steps, camera cuts and timing can vary. Dancer replacement is not sold as an accepted feature.

Your inputs

Use only images you have permission to upload. Do not impersonate people deceptively or submit prohibited content. The portrait and custom references are sent to the generation provider only when you submit a configured photo-generation task.

Tasks and credits

Review the current credit quote before submitting. Confirmed failed generation or soundtrack tasks restore the consumed generation credits. A completed output that differs from your preferences is not automatically a failed task. Unknown submissions remain reserved for reconciliation and must not be resubmitted as a new purchase.

Purchases and support

Rumpel is operated at https://rumpelstiltskinmeme.top. Contact support@rumpelstiltskinmeme.top for billing, task or deletion requests. Available credit packs are one-time purchases in USD, with no automatic renewal. Purchased credits do not expire. Stripe handles checkout when payments are enabled. Review the pack price and credit amount before paying.

Confirmed failed tasks restore generation credits automatically; this is not a cash refund. For accidental purchases, billing errors or other refund requests, contact support with your order reference. Refund requests are reviewed individually, taking consumed credits and applicable consumer rights into account. Photo generation and checkout remain unavailable while their setup gates are disabled.
